CANNABIS DEFENSE NETWORK COMPACT

This Agreement entered into by and between Cannabis Defense Network, Inc. (CDN) and the
subscriber Weed Warrior (WW) named below at the time and place subscribed to in the Signatory
portion of this document.

In exchange for their subscription to the marketing, art and referral services provided by CDN,
the Subscriber WW agrees as follows:

1) WW will provide proof of professional licensing and any expert certifications as requested
by CDN;
2) WW Subscriber has maintained a criminal or commercial business practice in excess of
five years and is in good standing.
3) WW agrees to hold CDN harmless and indemnify them for any claim or liability arising
from services provided by WW in matters referred to them by CDN.
4) This agreement is personal and the services of WW subscribed to may not be Assigned
without permission of CDN.
5) All matters related hereto shall be construed in conformance with the laws of the State of
Ohio.

CDN Agrees to Provide the following:

1) Active cross-media marketing of CDN and Weed Warrior Services.
2) License to use and access to CDN/WW Artwork.
3) Use of/referrals from our Nationwide phone number.
4) Opportunities for expanded territory.
